These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse this website, purchase a V2SPACE digital asset, or use any template, component, design resource, download, file, or related material provided by V2SPACE.

Digital Products

V2SPACE sells digital assets. Product details, included files, platform requirements, support scope, and any specific license terms are described on the relevant product page, checkout page, readme file, or license file.

License

Unless a product page or separate license says otherwise, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset in your own personal or commercial end projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, upload, or give away the source asset as a standalone product. You may not list the asset, a lightly modified version, or any extracted source files as your own template, component, design pack, asset pack, or marketplace item.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the original assets remain with V2SPACE or the applicable rights holder. Buying a digital asset does not transfer ownership of the original asset, brand, design system, source files, or related intellectual property.

Payments

Checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, and related payment flows are handled by Polar.sh. By completing a purchase through Polar, you may also be subject to Polar's checkout terms, payment policies, and privacy policy.

Delivery

Digital products are usually delivered through a download link, remix link, license key, access link, or other delivery method shown after checkout or in your receipt. You are responsible for keeping your receipt and access information secure.

Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, sales are generally final unless a refund is required by law, stated on the product page, or approved after review. If a purchased asset is unavailable, materially defective, or not as described, contact support with your order details.

Support and Updates

Support, documentation, and updates are provided only as described on the product page or purchase materials. We may improve, modify, or discontinue products, examples, documentation, or support channels at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use V2SPACE assets in a way that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or designed to distribute malware, violate privacy, or mislead users. You are responsible for ensuring your final project complies with laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

No Warranty

Digital assets are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that every asset will fit every workflow, browser, platform version, plugin setup, or third-party integration. You are responsible for testing the asset in your own project before launch.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V2SPACE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website or digital assets.
